Throughout this 4 week program, you will learn evidence-based strategies to become your own guide in the river of life as you develop a better sense of yourself, gain more clarity about your vision for the future, and create a stronger sense of meaning and purpose in life.

GI Wish This Didn’t Suck So Much

GI Wish This Didn’t Suck So Much is a therapy group that addresses the physical, psychological, and social impact GI conditions such as Crohn’s, IBS, and Celiac Disease can have on your life.

Through evidence-based guidance by Dr. Jo Vogeli and with support of other group members, you will learn ways to improve your relationship with your GI condition, improve your relationship with yourself, and work toward creating a life that is not defined by your GI condition.

You might just find that it doesn’t have to suck so much after all!

This 6-week Telehealth Group is limited to 10 members.
