The Mindful Grieving Program offers a compassionate community for individuals processing the emotional, psychological, and physical impacts of loss. Available as Community Circles and in 6-week, 6-month, and 9-month formats, the Mindful Grieving Program is designed to support emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and the development of inner resources for navigating loss.
Each session provides a safe space to explore grief through facilitated group discussions along with mindfulness practices such as guided meditation and gentle yoga, helping participants reconnect with their bodies while processing their emotions. Through this integration of somatic experience and shared understanding within a community, participants gain practical tools to manage grief while feeling truly seen and heard.
This program is ideal for individuals seeking a supportive approach to grief rooted in presence, compassion, and community.
